I found the issue. vB 6.2.1 made some database changes (as noted in the below announcement from vB) that introduced breaking changes to third-party plugins that rely on the previous database implementation.



I will release the fix soon.

i fixed this mod and the other fix you just released.

when i do any admincp funcion ( for example update a product or moderate a new user) when done and system reload homepage i receive this error , do you see any relations with the other issue?

No, that's unrelated to the mods here. What seems to be happening is when it redirects, the /admincp directory is lost in the URL. To clearly see the issue, right click and open the settings in a new tab to get out of the iframe that AdminCP uses. Observe the URL, it contains /admincp. After making changes to the settings and it redirects, observe that the /admincp is lost in the address bar causing 404 not found error.
