No, not expected. Clicking No means "don't send an email", but you should still be....Wait, are you suggesting/saying, that No means you don't agree, so viewing as isn't launched? That to not send an email, you just don't fill in the reason box, but still acknowledge the responsibility; you click the Yes button?Originally posted by glennrocksvb View PostYou clicked No and nothing happens. That's the expected behavior, right? The Linux Community has given me much. I do what I can to return the favor!

No means you don't want to proceed viewing as the user. It just basically to close the modal. If you enabled Email in the option, then you are required to send an email. If you don't want to send an email then disable Email in the option.

Doh!!!!!
I'm an idiot!! I still had the send email option set to Yes. I set it to No and the email message box isn't presented, so all is good.
I'm so sorry for dragging you along on a stupid goose chase.

Hey Glenn, just bought and installed this, and it's a life-saver for troubleshooting especially when there's a language barrier with the end-user that's having issues on my site.
Question: Am I correct in assuming I'll have to going to have to re-install the front end controller file on each and every upgrade/patch I get from vBulletin?

Eolesen, thanks for your purchase and glad to know this mod is a life-saver!
No, you don't have to re-install the frontend controller on each forum upgrade/patch. This is a custom controller and not part of vBulletin, so it will never be overwritten or replaced during forum upgrade.
