Are you caching templates? You need to turn it off and then turn it back on. There's a bug in vB where it does not pick up the latest template when upgrading a mod. That's mentioned in the readme file.

Okay, disabled the MOD, then reenabled it. Tried again in Safari and Firefox. It doesn't work when clicking on No to the send email.

I was not referring to that. I was referring to the template caching option by vB not the mod.

Please check the "Additional Steps for Cache Templates As Files" section in the readme file.

We aren't Caching Templates as Files. It is set to No.

Ok. Do you still see the JavaScript error that Steve posted in post #24? If yes, then you might still have the old mod template.

When you go to Products & Hooks > Manage Products in AdminCP, do you see the version of the mod as 1.1?

When I click the View as button, a syntax error is reported:

When I put in a message in the email window and click the No button, nothing happens.

That error is unrelated to the mod. Do you have browser addons running that may have caused this error?

Try running in Incognito or Private mode.

Firefox, Private Browsing is the same. Type in a reason and click No and nothing happens.
