You're using vB 5.6.8, right? I'll check and investigate when I get home.

That's old and no longer supported by vB. You don't have any plans to upgrade? But I'll see if I can set up 5.6.4 on my local and try to reproduce the issue.

I see where the issue is. The mod is using the user's display name for the online status. The display name is null by default for older vB versions. For newer ones, it is set to be the same as username by default. I will update the mod to use display name if available and use username as the fallback.

Thank you. That we haven’t upgraded vB isn’t because “we” don’t want to. It’s purely because doing so is up to the owner of our forum. He, unlike most of us who practically live there, has a real life that includes a real job, a family, and serves in the Army Reserves. I’ll drop a bug in his ear that we really should/need to keep up wil version upgrades. The Linux Community has given me much. I do what I can to return the favor!

I hope you should have at least installed the vB 5.6.4 PL1 security patch to fix the security vulnerability for 5.6.4 and older.
Btw, is the new mod v1.8 update working?

The mod works largely as it should under vBulletin 6.1.5. Unfortunately, the display of avatars with initials does not work for me.
User with custom Avatar works.
But without, it doesn't.

Can you please check and fix this?
Thanks in advance.

I don't see that issue in the Default Style. But try adding this custom CSS in css_additional.css template:
Code:.ui-tooltip-profile-preview-noypiscripter .ui-tooltip-title-noypiscripter, .ui-tooltip-profile-preview-noypiscripter .ui-tooltip-full-profile-noypiscripter { width: auto !important; }

Hello Glenn,
I have set up Username HTML Markup for the Administrators group
Code:<span style="color:#ff0000;"><b> </b></span>
but it does not show up in the profile preview.
The username is not rendered as it should be.
Using
on vBulletin 6.1.6.
Can you please take a look?
