I found the issue! The Registered User usergroup on your forum only has permission to create Text Posts and doesn't have permission to create other content types (e.g. Photo Galleries, Poll, Links, Videos and Events). Basically, the toolbar icons at the upper left corner of the editor are not available. The JS for the mod is inserted in that location. Since registered users don't have those permissions, the JS is not inserted and thus the code for the Prefix validation is not present for that usergroup.

I will update the mod to fix this issue.

I went ahead and created it myself.

Please create a test user with Registered User usergroup and send me the credentials.

The mod does not check the usergroup. It just checks the current Channel Node ID against the configured Forum Node ID. From my initial investigation, I didn't find anything that would cause the issue. I will continue investigating.

Snowhog, is my account on your forum in Registered Users usergroup?

There is something about the Registered Users usergroup (the usergroup that new registrants are in until they have made three posts, at which time they are promoted into the Established usergroup) that prevents this MOD from being triggered.

Members in this usergroup can create and post Topics without selecting a Topic Prefix. I just tested this.

A second new Topic has been created without a Topic Prefix. Also a new user.

Users are creating new Topics that don't have a Topic Prefix selected. I don't know how that is happening, given that I myself tested this.

ID:	32325 The Topic above: ACPI file; was just created, and it doesn't have a Topic Prefix. This Topic is in the Channel I've designated for use by the MOD, and I have Topic Prefixes for use in this Channel.

    Why is this happening?

Installed and tested. Preview button presents post preview when a Prefix is selected. Thank you for jumping on this so quickly.
