Require Topic Prefixes

I just realized even if i set the permissions in the prefix manager for a usergroup to not be able to use prefixes they still can.

Do you see the Prefix dropdown before the topic title textbox? Did you set the forum node IDs delimited by comma?

Yes the drop down is there and yes the node IDs are separated by a comma
and yes the branding is turned on in the footer .

And since you bought a branded version, make sure the branding in the footer is not turned off.

cant get it to work with VB 5.45 ..its turned on node ids are set and users can still post away without using a prefix..

Hi, I have a problem. I have added a new user group and this group is not required to select a prefix before posting. Any solution ? What can it be?

Add a prefix category then add prefixes under it. The prefixes are what show up on the site. The category is just to organize the prefixes.
