How do I prevent this

body_background variable is not using an image. It contains:



The background image I'm using is saved at core/images/misc/water.jpg

I'm using the following additional_css.css code:

body {
    background: url("core/images/misc/water.jpg") no-repeat center fixed;
    background-size: cover;
}

I desire that only the page background shows this image, and no other 'windows' show it.
