In vB6, the New Topic and Post Reply buttons flash on iPad and mobile devices which both use mobile view. This issue also occurs on vB5 on mobile.

To fix this issue on both vB5 and vB6 including vBCloud, paste the following custom CSS code in css_additional.css template.

.l-small .conversation-toolbar .toolset-left .new-conversation-btn.js-movable-toolbar-button,
.l-small .conversation-toolbar .toolset-left .post-reply-btn.js-movable-toolbar-button {
    display: none;
}​

The solution basically hides the buttons on page load so you will not see them flashing. They will be hidden anyway and moved to a different location so better hide them early.
