    Email templates use the Phrase system. You can edit the email templates in the Phrase Manager. Choose "Email Body Text" in the "Phrase Type" dropdown to see the list of the email body text phrases. You can edit each one just like you're editing any phrase. You'll have to know HTML and CSS to customize style of the email content.
