How to put ads after first post in a thread on vB5 without using plugins

hope you are having a good day I
i know this is an old thread but I implemented it when you first shared it although it’s been turned off for a while I tried it again recently but although it worked on some devices on others it put the ad in the first post, ignoring the CSS to move it below I guess.
Also I can’t seem to change the option for who to show it to to, no usergroup can be selected in the ad module.
Do you think it’s a conflict in vb6?
Is it something that could be fixed to work in v6?

You don't need this mod anymore in vB6. vB6 has a new feature that can do the same:

Thanks Glenn, I tried that but it doesn’t work, saving the template shows an error, I mentioned it in the comments, there is also someone else having the same problem.

Wayne will hopefully update when he has the time.

Hi Glenn, unfortunately it wont work that way if you want the ads only to show up below the very first post (not the answers).
Is there any way to fix that?
