Unfortunately it is not working in VB 6.1.1.

The code is after uprading furthermore in the css_additional.css but has no effect.

Mike, thanks for reporting. The mod is no longer working because the HTML and CSS structure of the forum list in vB 6.1.1 has changed. I assume they changed it to be compatible with the new feature, Forum Card View.

i'll update the mod to work in vB 6.1.1. Stay tuned!

I'm still working on the fix. I'm hoping to have it released tonight. In the meantime, you can remove the CSS for this mod from css_additional.css template.

I have released v1.1 with the following changes:

• Updated CSS to support vB 6.1.1 and later.
• Scrollbars will now appear for long list of sub-forums. Max-height of the dropdown can be customized in the CSS.
• Added extra CSS for those who want to display the subforums in multiple columns.

Thank you for the quick fix. It now works perfectly in VB 6.1.1.
The scrollable window is a great idea.

What must be edited when I want 2 columns?

Mike, thanks for confirming the latest mod version v1.1 works in vB 6.1.1.

The multi-column layout is intentionally not done on mobile view due to space constraints. But in your case with just one-letter subforum names, a 3-column layout may work. To do this, remove the .l-desktop (including the dot in front) part in the extra CSS you added for the multi-columns. Removing that will make the multi-column work on both desktop and mobile.
