What about links ? I want prevent guests from seeing links.

Still figuring out the best solution to this. The existing solution I have requires template edits and relies on some vB objects that seem to be cached from time to time and only clearing system cache resolves it.

I'm looking into a proper solution using PHP hooks.

I'm doing that in this vB5 forum. If you are not logged in or your account is still awaiting email confirmation, you should not be able to see the sample codes and attachment below and instead you should see a login/register callout or some appropriate error message. If you are logged in and a verified user, then try opening this thread in Incognito or Private Browsing mode or in a different browser.

Excuse my ignorance, where should I put those codes? I edited the CSS of the template but it does not appear to me like you, unregistered if you can see it, can you please tell me how to apply them many thanks

I haven't published any code for this mod yet. The BBCodes in the first post are not the code for this mod. They are just for demo to show that those BBCodes are replaced for guests.

The current solution I have is not good. It has some bugs. In order for me to implement this mod properly, I need some PHP hooks. Please vote for this JIRA request in vBulletin to the attention of the vBulletin management and developers.
