Is this module mobile responsive so the banner width shrinks accordingly?

Also, if I purchase the unbranded version for $50, can I use it on all three of my forums without paying extra fees or is a license for only one forum at a time?

This vBulletin 5/6 mod displays random banner ad on top of every page. It features banner management (add, edit, delete) and simple analytics like impresssions and clicks.

Compatibility:

• Compatible with vB 6.x (self-hosted)
• Compatible with vB5.7.x (self-hosted)
• Not compatible with vBCloud as it requires installing custom PHP script and adding a new database table for the management of the banner ads.

Custom CSS:
If a Notice is present on top of the page and if it touches the ad banner, then you need to add the below custom CSS in css_additional.css template to add spacing between the notice and the ad banner. Adjust the value accordingly.
