creating a new page...I think its ok.:
Put https://www.xxxxxxx.es/foros/force-read-topic and I can see the new page :
I can see at server and cpanel options,but members are not redirected to the Read

It uses custom profile field to remember if a user has read the topic.
Yes it is a forum post that is a must read not page. But there is an interstitial page to prompt the user they must read a topic before they can proceed. That page contains a button to open the must read topic.
