    I followed the steps. The result is an error: rich editor cannot be loaded. I undid the modifications, but the problem persists. Any solution?

    Please don't try for vB5.6.4, it will corrupt your ckEditor.

      Thank you Ibdnkishai. I have the default font changed and no issues are there. Everything is good now.
