No error appears on the password reset page when you enable debug mode?
Check error logs on your server.

unfortunately also changing the server and updating the php to version 7, with vbulletin 5.2.5 the problem has not been resolved! the passwor reset refers to an empty page.
I made debugging and it's all ok!

Looks correct to me. You said the password reset page displays a blank page? Try enabling debug mode to see if any PHP errors appear. See instructions from the link below.
Debug mode is useful for debugging/development purposes. A vBulletin support staff has a blog (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blogs/how-to-enable-or-disable-debug-mode-in-vbulletin-5-x-vb5-debug-mode/4013846-how-to-enable-or-disable-debug-mode-in-vbulletin-5-x-vb5-debug-mode) about it.
