    It's better to follow up on those official threads rather than posting in this unrelated thread.

    This issue is actually not related to the mod in this thread. This mod, which I created at the time of vB 5.2.3, is not needed anymore as the issue this mod was trying to fix had been officially fixed in vB 5.2.4.

    I have followed all of the suggestions, but I did not understand that files should I add? comes to a missing file

    No error appears on the password reset page when you enable debug mode?

    Check error logs on your server.

    unfortunately also changing the server and updating the php to version 7, with vbulletin 5.2.5 the problem has not been resolved! the passwor reset refers to an empty page.
    I made debugging and it's all ok!
    amazing all this!
    you have an idea?

    That's at the bottom of the page below the footer. Is there anything in the main content below the header?

    Did you also edit the presentation config file? There are 2 config files to edit.

    Unfortunately I tried and tried, but I do not understand why not print the Debug !!
    // add IPs here (include the quotes and separate with comma)
    $ips = array('79.36.20.238', '79.36.20.238');
    if (in_array($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'], $ips) === TRUE)
    {
    $config['Misc']['debug'] = true;
    }

    define("DISABLE_HOOKS", true);

    $config['no_template_notices'] = false;

    Looks correct to me. You said the password reset page displays a blank page? Try enabling debug mode to see if any PHP errors appear. See instructions from the link below.
