Where or how I can add follow us icons to my forums?

You can use a Static HTML module and place the Follow Us HTML code there.

You can use the addthis.com service to create the buttons.

It's up to you where you want to display the icons. Just use Sitebuilder to add the module and then drag and drop the module to where ever you want to place it.

Yeah, I know. The question is can I add module next to search bar ?

To do that, you'd have to create a template hook in header_toolbar hook location.
