Enabling this option will turn on the Advanced Insert Image Dialog, which will allow users to insert images from the computer, or retrieve images referenced from a URL and store them locally. Disabling this option will display the legacy from URL attachment dialog.
I would like to reverse this option. I don't want images linked to outside URL's. I have posts from years ago where the images links are broken because the image is no longer at the URL list.
I addition most of my users don't even know what a URL is. It is confusing that it first comes up asking for the URL and they have to look around to find the tab to upload the photo.
It is also confusing that when they upload the image, they still have to save it to the server.
