    CSS possibly, Forgetting for a moment I am on an earlier VB revision, I have no CSS governing the Video Embeds...other than CSS to change the YT Play button from grey to red.

        I have the same mod, just removed it , cleared the cache and its still the same.

          Guess that answers that then, must be something else possibly non stock VB mod,CSS or config doing it as VB.com seems to work just fine with the YT Embed showing preview. I would suggest lodging a ticket with them or posting a thread up on their support forums.

                          This issue is now gone on this site. Look at the video on the homepage. I didn't do anything. I don't know what happened.

                            They were saying it was a cloud issue? The tracker shows it resolved for 5.5.5
