New topic and Post reply buttons

Glenn do you have a CSS to change the colors of those two buttons? Using the global pallete in stylvars changes to many other things

    border-color: gold;
}

Depending on the background color you are using, you may need to also change the text color to show contrast. Just add color: white; or whatever desired color.
