Embedding Facebook page

I have a module with our Twitter page on the homepage of the forum. Is it possible to do the same with a Facebook group ?

I checked Facebook documentation and the only thing I could find for embedding Facebook Group is using the Facebook Group Plugin for the Web.

Thanks Glenn, I did have a look at Facebook developer and the group plugins etc. I was wondering if this worked but didn't want to add the code incase it effected the site.
