ckeditor buttons work but the images are not visible on mobile

Any idea what is causing this? It didn't happen until the update to v5.4.4. the boxes are still there and when I click on them they still work but none of the graphics are visible

Do you see error 404's for those icons when you check the Network tab in the browser dev tools?

so there is a 404 error, 2 of them on the attachment icon...here is an image from my laptop showing the icons visible

Try clearing cache on mobile browser.

did that, no luck...even tried a different mobile browser and same thing is going on

I checked vbulletin.com and it has the same issue on mobile. This seems to be a 5.4.4 issue. This needs to be reported to vBulletin.

Wayne Luke has verified this issue and created a bug report and he said a fix may be possibly included in 5.4.5

vBulletin has fixed this issue that will be released in 5.4.5. They also provided a temporary fix in the ticket if you can't wait for the official fix.
