How to make the Green Online icon "Glow" using Pure CSS

Is there a way to have the green icon on cloud when viewing a members profile that is on line? Right now there is nothing there

does work, but I got a bug on user profile, the icon disapeared .

It's a bug in the latest vB5.4.4 or even before that. You can see this bug on vbulletin.com. But I have updated the code in the first post to fix that and Mitch confirmed it is working for him. Maybe some other CSS code is overriding the code? You need to post a link for me to check.

faustvasea, I checked your site and it seems to be missing some CSS code in css_profile.css. I don't know why but you can add the missing code in css_additional.css:

.profileContainer .username .vb-icon {
    width: 12px;
    height: 12px;
}

Tariq, I checked your site and the green online icon works on postbit. On profile page it is not working because you don't have the updated code. Go to post #1 and grab the updated code.

Great alteration.

I just applied the code in the OP to both my themes and notices it changed my Online Icon to a square, Oddly enough I kind of like that so I will leave it as it is. However my offline icon is still the round default one, what element do I need to change so it matches my green online square icon...but grey. See attached screenshot to note the differences.

Also how do you increase the size of the Offline and Online Icons ?
