How to redesign navigation bar in vbulletin 5.3.4?

I would like to design navigation bar to a big box with all link inside the box style navigation bar. The navigation bar will no longer have sub navigation bar. Anyone can tell me. I just can't find the navbar template as mentioned by others in my setting. Thank you for helping.

What did you exactly mean by big box? The navigation bar is configured in Sitebuilder (Edit Site ON) > Navigation Bar on the front-end.

Ok done. I first remove the sub navigation bar at the edit page and then set the height of main navigation bar to auto. Then, my page will only have main navigation bar only which looks like it just a big square (div) containing main navbar only
