Yes. Did you add it in the correct theme/style?

I added the code to Sitebuilder > CSS but it only partly works. One of the sub-forums gets bunched up like this:

rnedelkow, it looks like the Forum Category Spacing mod and this mod do not work well together for the subforums in the last forum in a category.

Thanks for looking into this, Glenn. So it's one or the other - I'll stick with the Forum Category Spacing mod for now.

Interestingly, the single column sub-forums that were bunched up on desktop, appear fine on mobile:
