How to make the Homepage Directory Shrink when you Shrink the browser

vB5 is using Responsive design. It should shrink by default. I didn't have to do anything extra. What custom CSS have you added that could have affected Responsive?

Ok. now i know the problem. i upgraded my forum from vb4 to vb5 and my previous Vb4 directory content has custom banners size 800x100px.
