Edit bbcode_attachment_list template.

Change:

to:

<a href="{vb:raw attachurl}{vb:raw attachment.nodeid}" [COLOR=#FF0000]target="_blank"[/COLOR]>

I try do that it is still open in same , not new window

Try clearing system cache in AdminCP. Are you sure you modified the template in the correct theme/style you're viewing on the frontend?
