Download Repository addon

Hello I'm trying to plan my upgrade from vB4 to vB5. I know all of the addons won't work when upgrading, which is kinda no biggie. Except that DragonByte Tech won't be supporting vB5 mods anymore nor did released the new version of vBDownloads. Now the question is will there be a Download mod for my files to work for vB5, and maybe have the option to import them? Or do I need to find another Download Repo web addon that cannot be powered by vBulletin 5 and face the music on not having my files, categories and ratings imported?

I just wanted to say that I´m looking also for an alternative
Until now I haven´t found anything
If there would be at least the possibility to make a new page containing some sort of folder directory where we could upload the files
