If you want Paypal donate button, there is a tool to generate the Paypal button on their site. Copy the generated code and then paste it into a Static HTML module on vB5 using Sitebuilder.

Thank you, I was able to create the donation block, but how to make it like a button on the navigation bar?

The Paypal Donate button cannot be added to the navigation bar because the Donate button requires a <form> tag as clicking the button submits the form as POST.

Just create a Paypal.Me link. That's just a normal link and can be added to navigation bar.
