Glenn is there a way to move these 5 subforums to the bottom of this page?

I think so. But you have 3 instances of <font size="4"> without the closing tag </font> in your Announcements and Notices. Malformed HTML tags are bad. Good thing it doesn't break the layout in this particular case. Fix these first and I'll check if it's possible to re-order the module using CSS. The malformed HTML is preventing me to do it.

You inadvertently broke the closing </a> tag. It has missing > character.
