Customization of the sliding content module

What this one does it creates a slideshow of featured items example would be several pictures all you do is feature these and they will scroll across the module for best effect would be to place the content slider just above the page title module makes it look like banners scrolling across the screen you can see a demo of this @ 1 of my live sites https://cometbar.co.uk

I think if you add

"channel": xxxx

where xxxx is the channel node id, the it will filter the results for the specified channel only. Check the Search JSON tutorial I linked on the homepage.

I have set the channel option, but the last message in the topics appears. I couldn't find out which code to write for the first message to appear.

Are you using the Content Slider module? That module only displays the first attached image in a starter post and it only includes images uploaded using the Paper and clip button and excludes images uploaded using the Camera icon (do the images fall into this method?). That module also doesn't need include_attach in the search JSON.
