Mastodon embed BBCode

Now that Mastodon is gaining a little traction as a Twitter alternative, does anyone have a BBCode for embeds?

Their embed code is not Responsive. So you'd have to explicitly set the desired width and height of the iframe. Due to this, the embedded post may display scrollbars.

Here's the Replacement code:

Usage:

[mastodon]https://mstdn.party/@Amishsupermodel/109558960661948020[/mastodon]

You basically just put the post URL (not embed URL) inside the BBCode tag. And the BBCode tag will just append /embed in the URL and use it in the iframe tag.
