Those are existing third-party vB4 plugins that you need to find elsewhere and install. I don't have them here.

Try looking at the HTML source or at the footer. You might find a clue who the plugin authors are.

i was using the version v4.2.3 with MGC Chatbox 3.4.0, works great because you can edit, has private chat.
i have a issue and vbulletin told me that i have to update to v4.2.5 but that chatbox doest works i that version.
i can sent you the chatbox if you want,.

now i have an issue my hosting upgrade my php to 8.1 and my vbuleting is working 1/2.
any help will be helpful.
