    Forum Sections

    Hello,

I would like to create a few different sections on my vbulletin 5 forum.

The structure i am looking for is something like this:
    Home
    A page
    Another page
    Section 1
    - Forums
    - Groups
    - Members
    Section 2
    - Forums
    - Groups
    - Members

For example, when you go to Section 1-> Groups you can see the groups under that section. And when you create a new group it will automaticly get added under Section 1.
The same thing should happend for forums as well.

Is this something that can be done by setting things up in AdminCp, or do i need to get a plugin for it?

You can put the forums and groups under different categories separately. But you cannot combine the forums and groups under one category. They are separate.

Does this mean say there are links in the navigation for "Forums" and another for "Groups". Clicking into the "Groups" tab could show categories for "Airplanes" and "Boats" to where you can click on "Airplanes" and only see Airplane Groups? If so, could the categories "Airplanes" and "Boats" have subcategories (sub-cat 1, sub-cat 2, etc.) and when you click into those subcategories, only see groups belonging to those subcategories?

Looking at AdminCP > Groups, I can see that you can only create one level of category. You cannot create sub-categories.
