    How do I correct this?

AdminCP > Channel Management > Channel Manager > Edit Channel

I change the Parent Channel from Currently Supported Release to EOL Releases (which is under Archives) and save.
    I clear the System Cache.
    I turn Edit Site On.
I enter the Channel, click on Edit Page and click on Save Page so I can change the Page URL.
I update the URL and click OK. I get the SAVE PAGE pop-up and click Save Page.
I get an ERROR pop-up that says This URL is already used. Please correct this problem.
I have to click Exit without Saving and then click on Yes.

What is going on? (This process of having to update two different functions in vBulletin when moving a Channel is a real PITA!). How do I fix this?

The Linux Community has given me much. I do what I can to return the favor!

In Edit Site ON > Pages, check if the same URL already exists

It does. Well, the URL that isn't correct that is. It reflects the old URL; where the Forum was before I moved it via AdminCP.

Do I make the change from here then?

Does the new URL you want to use already exist for a different channel? If so, then you have to update that first to a different URL before you can use the same URL.

I get the Save Page, but the Page URL is already reflecting the correct URL (It had been changed some time ago).

Why does Page Manager show the incorrect URL, but the Save Page shows the correct URL?

Did that. It doesn't change what Page Manager shows for the URL.
