Icons/Images missing after upgrade

Hi,
After doing an upgrade from VB5.7.5 to 6.1.3 noticed some icons and images were missing -
1) Forum icons that change to show whether you have some unread posts in that forum.
2) The Vbulletin logo is missing from the Admin Control panel.
3) The little drop-down arrows you would have on eg. menus in the Admin Control panel have been replaced with strange little white squares.

Also noticed some strange tiny un-filled square icons that have started to appear under post titles in eg Recent Forum Posts.

I ran the upgrade again and it completed successfully again and I copied the Vbulletin files over again but still the issue remains.

Just after a pointer on where I might be able to start to troubleshoot this really.

Right click on the broken images and choose Open image in new tab. Observe the image URL and check if the image path is present on the server.

Thanks. I tracked down the missing forum icons.
I can't find the logo & buttons missing in the admin panel though. That's still a mystery to me.
