In the Facebook field, so that users can access the page through Facebook
I have added the APP ID and the Secret number, I also have the app configured on Facebook, but it still does not allow anyone to access the page using their Facebook information, but I was able to access the page from Facebook
I don't understand how I can access it using Facebook, but other people can't access it
I have used other people's Facebook accounts and I can't access it

1. How did you create the Facebook app on Facebook Developers page? Did you select "Other" and then select "Consumer" as app type?
2. What happens when you click the Connect with Facebook button?

I translated the message displayed on the Facebook popup and it says:

Function not available

At this moment, the beginning of the session with Facebook is not available due to the fact that we are updating other details of the app. Come back and try it later.

So this doesn't appear to be a vBulletin issue. It looks like you have additional steps that you have to complete on Facebook.

I have everything set up, it's possible that I'm doing something wrong, but there is no vBulletin tutorial that explains step by step all the fields that I have to complete on Facebook, if I could know which fields I have to complete, I could complete it, but there is no tutorial, and vBulletin only has information that does not help you complete the process.

I agree that vBulletin has no documentation on how to set up the Facebook app. But Facebook is continuously evolving the process of creating the Facebook app and adding new rules. So it would be hard for vBulletin to keep up with those changes.

I think Facebook now requires business verification if you create an app that retrieves the Facebook user's email address. Have you done that?

Here's a StackOverflow post that says "Starting May 5, 2023, all apps making new requests for Advanced Access, including for email and public profile, will require Business Verification."

Those are the only fields I have empty, the company information, because they require documents that certify that the business is legally registered, and I do not have those documents.

If that is the only option to be able to have that option, then I do not qualify for that option.

Facebook is very strict that it now requires business verification for the security of the Facebook user data being shared to the websites that integrate Facebook login.

Obviously this is not vBulletin's fault. These requirements apply to any website.

Well, I have already deactivated those options and I will not insist on those options anymore.
