I recommend you to upgrade to vB6 if you have a vB6 license. If not, you can fix it in vB5 by editing the userlink template in the Style Manager.

Find and eplace 2 instances of this code below:

{vb:raw displayname_safe}

with:

<span itemprop="name">{vb:raw displayname_safe}</span>

Thanks for your assistance. The issue is resolved, and I am confirming it now.

Thanks, I don't have userlink template, but your instructions helped me find out where to make the change.
In the "conversation_userinfo" template, I added the span to:

<span itemprop="name">{vb:raw conversation.musername}</span>
and
{vb:raw conversation.authorname}

Now the error seems to be gone.
Hopefully I have not missed anything or created side effects.
