Inserting a thread

Glenn,
I know threads are listed in a forum by the date / time stamp. Is there a way to insert a thread mid stream (move them around)? We have a categorized document area where I would like to add a new thread under an existing category. Here is a link to the subforum in question

I don't see any way to do this in vBCloud as it will require custom PHP coding which is not allowed in Cloud version.
