How does your sidebar stay fixed and only your forums scroll?
Is that a 5.x.x. thing?

That's just CSS. It can be done on any site depending on how the HTML is structured.

Were you referring to the custom theme used in this forum? I haven't thought of creating a vB4 version. vB4 and vB5 have totally different HTML structure and it would be hard (if not impossible) to replicate the same style for vB4.
