bulletin 4.2.5 and character Set problem, help

Hello,
i have installed vbsuite 4.2.5 on my sharedhosting use php7.1 and MariaDB Server V. 10.5.17

Problem is Character Set, vbulletin use "HTML Character Set: ISO-8859-1" but sql use "UTF-8 Unicode (utf8mb4)" it does not show accented characters like èùàò show ????

how to fix?

Yes i try but NOTt work, also have enableb on config.php relative string (default is disabled is a comment)

$config['Mysqli']['charset'] = 'utf8';

vBulletin support said that vB4 doesn't support UTF-8.

Try convert database Utf to Latin1 but problem not solved.

Other solution ?
