They are all custom created; you can create such prefixes as well.
Go to Topic Prefix Manager in your AdminCP, and after adding a prefix set, you want to add prefixes to that set.
Title (Plain Text) is always a standard prefix, but the Title (Rich Text) is where the magic happens.
