Stop the site logo from resizing

Seems like I saw a way to stop the site logo from resizing. Any idea?

I have no earthly idea what's going on, but now the logo's not acting funny anymore. Maybe my browser is buggy. I don't know.
It's working now.

And now it's not working again. The logo goes really small often. Any help would be appreciated.
