A problem with the installation vb5

Greetings to Glenn and all members,

A short time ago I had a forum with the winboxphone.com, now this domain has not been renewed and I don't use it anymore,

I went to vbulletin official and in my customer area I changed the url from winboxphone.com to winboxphone.it

now I'm trying to install vbulletin 5.5.5 but it gives me an error as in the screenshot attached.

It seems to me that the error is because vbulletin official recognizes that the vbulletin 5 suite is installed on two forums, while the license allows only one,

I would like to know from you if this is correct, if this error depends on it

my problem now is that i don't remember where i already installed vbulletin to be able to delete it,

do you have any advice to give me?

Hello red, it's the first installation on a new server and a new domain, but I've never had any problems until now
yes i can try to do the upgrade with 5.5.6 and then I'll let you know

      thanks for your advice

      EDIT:

excuse me, I can't upgrade if there isn't the first installation, right?

      RE-EDIT:
hi guys, i'm trying again with the new version of vbulletin 5.5.6 but now it gives me another error, i'm going crazy and i can't understand the problem

As soon as I send the script this appears to me as in the screenshot, I click on proceed and after a while it gives me the error below

      Code:
      <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
      <html><head>
      <title>403 Forbidden</title>
      </head><body>
      <h1>Forbidden</h1>
<p>You don't have permission to access this resource.</p>
      <p>Additionally, a 403 Forbidden
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p>
      </body></html>
      Script: final

          Hello golga,
yes I changed the url in the customer area from winboxphone.com to winboxphone.it

I noticed that in this guide
          Code:
          https://forum.vbulletin.com/blogs/alimadkour/3931877-
it says to rename the config.php.bkp file in config.php and then open it and edit this string
          Code:
          $ config ['baseurl'] = 'http://www.yourdomain.com/folder';
but when i rename the file and open it this string doesn't exist, maybe that's why it gives me url error, I don't know.
