Here is a fix for your second problem, just under all the other lines add this to your css_additional.css template:

#channel-tabbar {
border: 3px solid #FCAB1F;
box-sizing: border-box;
height: 34px;
}

The default height is 36px, and I changed it to 34px so that that useless border is gone.

Ok i messed up bad.

These borders are not lined up with the same PX size. #1 is showing two different borders.

#2 is showing the black lines that are one px too big. Where are those located?

And in the 2nd pic i fattened up these borders and i need to reduce them 1 px. Thanks for the help.
