problem when add reply or post vb/create-content/text/

hello sir ,
we have problem when add reply or post we get redirect to this page

vb/create-content/text/
and it show

reply already submit but didn't redirect back to post url

we checked mime-type in server and json and js already addeded

also when we check forum page console we see this errors
