    Creating online form to work on intranet site

    I'm trying to get a custom form to load on an intranet site but am having an issue as the form calls for actions as seen here;

    Code:
    http://www.solutions4website.com/help/22600_access.html
    Presently it throws an error because it cannot load the style sheets.

    Is there a workaround?

    How are you loading the form? In an iframe?
    Is the URL of the stylesheets correct?

      I'm using an inline frame which points to the html page in a directory within the root folder.

      I can fill out the form, but when I go to submit the form is does nothing and shows the error. I suspect it is calling on an outside resource and not getting access, or there may be a service not presently running on the server.

      This is my intranet site. If you have time to remote in you will see the link TEST on the navbar that will take you to the page. Once the form is submitted it sends me and email with the inputted information.

      There will be coffee for you.

        PM me the credentials. I'm not sure if I still have them.
