how to delete duplicate threads with the same title/ rss

I use rss to import some new post to my site but some time I get duplicate threads with the same title!
How I can stop get duplicate threads or how to delete the duplicate threads which I already have in my DB?

It's just like any other posts. You can delete posts using the inline moderation menu in the toolbar on the frontend.
