How to change username color in topic list page for last post by and topic starter (By group color)?



I change username color in forum home index as in this thread and its works great for me!

Implementing this using the same solution in the linked thread will cost a big performance hit as this will require maximum of 50 database hits for fetching user profile info to get the Username HTML Markup for a topic list of 25 topics per page setting. Each topic may have 2 unique usernames for topic starter and last poster. Multiply that by 25 topics will equal to 50 database calls just to get the username color.
