Non-collapsible announcement

I want to post a large community announcement and display the entire text. The default behavior of announcements is to show the first few lines only, and you have to expand the box to view the entire text. Can it be expanded by default to show the whole message?

Why don't you use Notice instead of Announcement? Notices don't truncate the message.
